I have one wife who gave birth to my sons and daughters. I want to register half of the house that I possess in her name and would like your opinion on this.

A:
There is nothing wrong with you giving half of the house to your wife as a prompt grant, as long as you are mentally and physically sound. You are to give her a legal title deed to prove her ownership of that half of the house. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, his family and Companions.
