A son giving his father a sum of money to perform Hajj

Q 1: Is it permissible for a son to give his father a sum of money to perform Hajj whether the son is financially able or not? It should be noted that the father has not performed Hajj yet. What is the ruling on a son who gives up his right in a shop to his father who has given this shop to all his sons to work in, so that the father, who has not performed Hajj, is able to perform Hajj?
