Q 1: My maternal grandfather married two women, but one of them died a year before him. Does she inherit from him after his death?


A: A wife who dies before her husband does not have any right in his inheritance, as one of the conditions to have a share in an inheritance is that the inheritor is alive at the time of death of the testator.
