Q 1:
A Muslim girl was walking along the road when she saw a man lying unconscious on the ground. He needed artificial respiration, and she knew how to perform it,
so she performed artificial respiration for the man until the ambulance came. Given that no one around the man at that time knew how to perform artificial respiration, is it permissible for the girl to perform it? Is she considered a sinner for doing so?
A: If the situation is as you mentioned, there is no blame on her for what she did, as it is a form of doing good, and Allah (Exalted be He) says:
No ground (of complaint) can there be against the Muhsinûn (good-doers).
