A woman going out to the market without her husband's permission

Q: What is the ruling on a wife whose husband does not allow her to go to the market but when she traveled to stay with her relatives for a while; she went to the market with them while wearing Hijab (veil)? Is she considered a sinner? Provide us with your beneficial answer. May Allah reward you with the best.


A: If she was in need to buy something for herself and she went to (Part No. 17; Page No. 229) the market while wearing Hijab, she is not considered a sinner for doing so. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
