A woman living with a boy when she fears no danger

Q 2: What is the religious ruling on the wife of a detained brother who lives alone in her apartment along with her child aged two and a half years or with her sister aged fourteen?

A: If the reality is as you mentioned, and the said woman does not fear being assaulted due to her staying alone in this apartment, there is nothing wrong with that. However, if she fears any danger for herself in this apartment, she should leave it and move to a securer place in which she could feel safer for herself. May Allah grant us success.
