A woman's second husband as a Mahram to her daughters from her ex-husband

494

(Part No. 17; Page No. 369)  A: A woman's second husband is a Mahram (unmarriageable relative) to her daughters from her ex-husband; they are his stepdaughters. Therefore, it is permissible for them to remove the Hijab (veil) in front of him, even after their mother's death. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
