Is it permissible for a wife to uncover her face in the presence of the step-father and half-brother of her husband?
A:
It is impermissible for a wife to uncover her face in the presence of the step-father and half-brother of her husband. They are not Mahrams (spouse or unmarriageable relatives) to her and she has to wear Hijab (veil) in their presence. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions.
