Q 4: Is it permissible to
burn dead animals
such as sheep and camels, (Part No. 26; Page No. 211) cows or beasts if they were found dead on the side of the road and people are harmed because of the bad smell?
A:
Yes, it is permissible to burn dead animals if people are harmed by their bad smell because this will remove the harm which must be removed according to the Shari`ah. The one who does this will be rewarded by Allah (Exalted be He).
