Q 4: One may find
papers or slips of paper that contain the Name of Allah or His Words (the Qur'an).
Is it permissible for him to burn them on the pretext that he cannot endure to see the Words of Allah thrown in the street or in impure places?
A:
Anyone who finds papers on which Ayahs (Qur'anic verses) or the Name of Allah are written may burn them in order to keep them from desecration or may bury them in a pure place.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
