Firstly, you have to
repent to Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) for the harm you caused to your colleagues at work. This can be achieved by desisting from sin, regretting what happened, and firmly resolving not to do it again.Secondly, you have to reconcile with your colleagues, seek their forgiveness, do righteous actions, and be good to your friends, neighbors and all people.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions.
