Q: I would like to get a loan from the Savings Bank. One of the conditions the bank sets for giving a loan is that the person who takes the loan should have a property deed or a marriage contract. However, I cannot fulfill any of these conditions. Now, is it permissible for me to seek help from my brothers or other people who meet these conditions provided that they give me the money and I pay them annual installments, and then they in turn pay them to the bank without taking anything in return? I appreciate your advice!

A:
It is not permissible for you
to take a loan using the name of another person; because this involves lying.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
