Q 3:
Is a man regarded as a true Muslim if he does not force his wife or daughters to wear Hijab (veil)?
A:
It is obligatory for the Muslim woman to wear Hijab. She will be held sinful if she fails to wear it. Her guardian, who is capable of asking her to observe it, will also be held sinful and lacking in Iman (Faith) if he ever shows leniency in this respect. However, he cannot be considered as a Kafir (disbeliever). (Part No. 17; Page No. 197) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
