performs Ghusl following major ritual impurity and discharges Maniy afterwards, his Ghusl is sufficient and there is no need to repeat it. However, it is obligatory to perform Istinja’ (cleansing the private parts with water after urination or defecation) and Wudu’ (ablution).May Allah grant us success.
