Q: We have
a swimming pool at home, but some Najasah (ritual impurity) fell into it. It was a small amount, only
filling a teacup. The swimming pool is twelve meters. Would its water be Najis (ritually impure) and should not be used for swimming? Please advise, may Allah reward you with the best.
A:
Water is judged to be Najis if its color, taste, or smell changes due to Najasah. (Part No. 4; Page No. 25) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions.
