Eating eggs where young birds are about to be shaped

A: If reality is exactly as what you have mentioned in the question, such young birds are considered carrion that is impermissible to be eaten. This is because the eggs are cooked after the formation of the young birds inside them and the Tahrim (prohibition) of carrion is Ma`lum minad-din biddarurah (well-established and known Islamic principles).May Allah grant us success.
