It is permissible for Muslims living in non-Muslim countries to form a committee consisting of Muslim members to take on the responsibility of confirming the sighting of the new moon of Ramadan, Shawwal, and Dhul-Hijjah. (Part No. 10; Page No. 113) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions.
