Extracting a tooth from a fasting person

Q 6 and 7: Does bleeding caused by extraction of a tooth invalidate Sawm (Fast), given the fact that the patient can postpone the treatment until nightfall or even until after Ramadan? (Part No. 9; Page No. 201) Is there any sin on the dentist for treating the patient's teeth during the daytime in Ramadan? Is it more proper to postpone the medical treatment?

A: It is permissible for a fasting person to have their molar tooth extracted. However, they should avoid swallowing any fluids caused by the extraction. There is no blame on the dentist for carrying out the treatment in this case.
