A 6: A herdsman has to pay Zakah (obligatory charity) to the employees appointed by the ruler and it is impermissible to pay it to other than them. If the time of their coming elapsed and it was difficult to give the Zakah to them, it is allowable to pay it to those who deserve it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
