Q: Is kissing
the Ka`bah
during the performance of the rites of Hajj or `Umrah Halal (lawful) or Haram (prohibited)? Please notify.

It is permissible to
kiss the Black Stone. This is because it has been authentically narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) kissed the Black Stone and did not kiss any other part of
the Ka`bah. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
