Q 1: Is it permissible
to eat the meat of the animals that are slaughtered under anesthetic?
For your information, in Germany they have laws and conditions for slaughtering. The government does not allow any person to slaughter any animal before giving it anesthetic.
A:
If the animal is still alive under anesthetic and then slaughtering takes place according to the Shari`ah, it is lawful to eat from its meat. If the animal dies under anesthetic, it is unlawful to eat from its meat; slaughtering it after death would be useless.May Allah grant us success.
