It is permissible for a Muslim to ask his Muslim brother when traveling to perform `Umrah (lesser pilgrimage) to invoke Allah for him, and in other cases also. This is a kind of recommending one another to do righteous deeds.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
