This kind of testimony is prohibited as it is a
false testimony even if it is given to benefit and not to harm anyone. On the other hand, the testimony conveyed from another person should be considered by the judge.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
