he asked me to give him Algerian dirhams in return for his money. What is the ruling on that?
A:
It is permissible to pay back the same sum in
Algeria whether in French currency or by giving the equivalent value at the current rate of exchange in Algerian currency on the condition that delivery is fulfilled before departing.
