Q 2:
Is it permissible for me to give my entire Zakah (obligatory charity) to my paternal uncle who is poor?
A:
If your uncle is poor and needy, you should give him that which will suffice him to fulfill his needs. (Part No. 10; Page No. 64) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions!
