A:
A young man has to get married if he fears seduction and if he has the financial ability to marry whether he has the money or it will be given to him by another person. If someone cover (Part No. 18; Page No. 20) his marriage costs, he would be permitted to accept them. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
"O young people! Whoever among you is able to marry, should marry, for marriage would help him lower his gaze and keep his virtuousness, and whoever is not able to marry, is recommended to observe Sawm (Fast), for Swam would diminish his sexual power."
