Q: What is the ruling on
giving Zakah (obligatory charity) to brothers and sisters who work but their salaries are not sufficient to support
them and their dependents. Is there a sin in giving them Zakah while there are non-kinsfolk poorer than them who will be prevented from receiving Zakah when those brothers and sisters receive it? Guide us, may Allah reward you with the best!

It is permissible to give Zakah to brothers and sisters if they are as you said. However, they should be given what suffices them in order not to deprive the poorer people of receiving Zakah.May Allah grant us success.
