continued to smoke until he went insane, is it permissible to give him Zakah (obligatory charity) like those mentioned in Surah Al-Tawbah?
A 1:
If a madman is a poor Muslim, it is permissible to give him Zakah.May Allah grant us all success. All peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.
