A:
All praise be to Allah Alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, and his family and Companions.
Firstly:
The phrase: "Walana Ghabara Tahur [i.e. and the remnant is for us a purification]" is misstated and the original wording of it is: "Walana Ma Ghabara Tahur [i.e. and that which remains is for us a purification]".
Secondly:
The Hadith means that the drinking of these animals from the water of such pools does not prohibit using the remaining water after the animals have drunk from it. It is permissible to use such water for drinking, performing Wudu’ (ablution), taking Ghusl (ritual bath) following Janabah (major ritual impurity related to sexual discharge), and removing Najasah (impurity) from clothes, the body, and floor. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
