A woman
who has reached her fifties and thus, passed the age of menstruation, should not regard vaginal bleeding as menstrual blood and consequently refrain from offering Salah and observing Sawm. Instead, she should regard it as hemorrhage or abnormal bleeding, especially if she knows that the cause of bleeding is taking the stated medication.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
