A: If some customers forget something with you and a long time passes without knowing their address and they do not return, you should give it in charity on behalf of their owners. By doing so, you will be discharged from obligation In sha’a-Allah (if Allah wills).May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
