Q 2:
Is it permissible for a couple to observe Sawm (Fast) after having sexual intercourse even though they slept until the break of dawn without taking Janabah Ghusl (full ritual bath to cleanse of sexual discharge)?

When a couple have sexual intercourse during the last part of the night before the break of dawn and then hold the intention of Sawm at dawn even before taking Ghusl, their intention of Sawm is valid and they can take Janabah Ghusl afterwards.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
