Q: Sometimes I have a flow of Maniy (spermatic fluid) while defecating without my penis being erect. Should I perform Ghusl (ritual bath)?


A: All praise be to Allah Alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, and his family and Companions. If the case is as you mentioned, you do not have to perform Ghusl. Ghusl is obligatory when Maniy is discharged out of sexual desire. (Part No. 5; Page No. 310)
