Q 2: Does a pregnant woman menstruate? If so, what is the ruling on the Salah and Sawm (Fasting) she performed? If not, is it permissible for her to perform Salah and Sawm when she finds blood coming out of the uterus?

The blood that comes out of a pregnant woman during pregnancy is considered abnormal vaginal bleeding. Therefore, she should not abandon Salah or Sawm due to it, and her husband may have intercourse with her. She should perform Wudu' for every Salah when its prescribed time begins and wear sanitary pads or the like to (Part No. 4; Page No. 218
