Where are the Throne and the Chair? Are they above the earth or under it or upon it?

According to
Ahl-ul-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah (adherents to the Sunnah and the Muslim mainstream), the Throne and the Chair are above the Heavens. The Heavens are above the earth and around it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
