If the case is as you have mentioned, it is permissible for you
to marry the first girl, if all the conditions and essential elements in a contract are met. The kissing that you did does no affect the validity of the proposed marriage. However, getting married to the second, in obedience to your father, comes under being dutiful and good to your parents and kindred, if the suggested relative is righteous. Also, bear in mind that what you did with the first girl is Haram (prohibited); you must repent and seek Allah's forgiveness. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, his family and Companions.
