It is not permissible for you to take money except the amount corresponding to your actual work. If the salary is small and does not equal the actual work being done, (Part No. 23; Page No. 414) you may discuss the matter with the responsible officials to change the system, or else you may leave that job. However, it is not permissible to resort to that sort of trickery.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
