Do milk and other deliquescent liquids come under the same ruling of water if it contains (Part No. 22; Page No. 128) Najasah (impurity)?
A:
If Najasah (impurity) befalls milk and other deliquescent liquids, they come under the same ruling as that of water. In other words, they become impure if they change in color, taste and smell due to this kind of Najasah. The same applies if there were only small amounts of such liquids that have become impure, even if they did not change in nature, but it becomes Haram (prohibited) to drink or use them.May Allah grant us success.
