There is nothing wrong if
a Muhrim (pilgrim in the ritual state for Hajj and `Umrah) shaves the hair of another Muhrim who wants to make Tahallul, because it is a permitted shaving.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
