What is the ruling on a wife's traveling to perform the obligatory Hajj without her husband's permission?

The obligatory Hajj is Wajib (obligatory) when the conditions of ability are fulfilled. The husband’s permission is not one of them. It is not permissible for him to forbid her; rather, it is prescribed for him to cooperate with her in fulfilling this duty.May Allah grant us success.
