Selling
musical instruments and the tools used for smoking or water pipes and other means of disobedience and Shirk (associating others with Allah in His Divinity or worship) such as idols; whether embodied or mummified animals is Haram (prohibited). This is because whatever is Haram to be benefited from is Haram to be sold and selling these things is considered helping a Munkar (that which is unacceptable or disapproved of by Islamic law and Muslims of sound intellect) and corruption as well as facilitation to indulge in Bid`ahs (innovations in the religion) and Shirk.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
