Abu Dawud
that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said what means that Friday is the best day and that we should invoke Allah's Blessings upon him because our invocations reach him. (Part No. 24; Page No. 156) Is this a Hadith Sahih (authentic Hadith)?

There are many Hadith which
enjoin Muslims to invoke Allah's Blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) on Thursday night and Friday. The Hadith mentioned in the question is one of them and they are all Sahih on the whole according to the views of Hadith scholars.
