A:
It is not permissible for the person who takes on the responsibility of selling or recording the sold items or any partner
to take any part of the profit that should be distributed to all the partners unless all other partners agree. If they do not agree, the remaining profit that has not been distributed, should be distributed to all the partners; each according to his share in the company. (Part No. 13; Page No. 190)
