Q 6:
We donated land and villas to our relatives intending them to be from our Zakah. Is this permissible?
A:
If the people you gave the land and villas to are poor and deserve Zakah and you intended to give them as Zakah, then it is permissible according to the most preponderant opinion of the scholars.
