Q 2:
Should we slaughter animals after fasting the six days of Shawwal or celebrate `Eid (Festival)?
I heard from some people that it is obligatory to offer slaughtered animals.
A:
It is Mustahab (desirable) to fast on six days during Shawwal, and it is not prescribed to slaughter animals or do any such thing after these days.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
