Small paper clips containing Ayahs thrown in the streets

Q 3: What should a Muslim do with regard to the small pieces of paper on which Ayahs (Qur'anic verses) and Hadiths are written and which are thrown in the streets and roads?

A: If you find any piece of paper or newspaper containing Ayahs or Hadiths or anything about Allah or the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace be upon him) or Allah's Names or Attributes, you must take it, bury it in pure land where no people tread or you may burn it. It must not be thrown on the ground, because this is considered desecration of the Qur'an.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
