A: This noble Ayah (Qur'anic verse) is addressed to the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) when Allah commanded them to do certain things and forbade them from doing other things by His Saying: Allâh wishes only to remove Ar-Rijs (evil deeds and sins) from you Al-Rijs refers to evil words or deeds.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
