Q 2: There are many types of hair creams.
Do creams and other hair products made of a viscous substance prevent water (Part No. 4; Page No. 70) from reaching the hair? What is the ruling on Wudu' (ablution), if I have applied cream?
Please advise, may Allah reward you.

The types of cream that have a density that prevents water from reaching the skin should be removed prior to Wudu'. Types that have no density do not affect the validity of Wudu'.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions.
