Q 6: What is
the ruling on a married person who commits Zina (adultery)?
A:
If a person commits Zina while they are married, they are Fasiqs (someone flagrantly violating Islamic law). The ruler should stone them to death if it is proven.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
