The Hadith: 'Three people invoke Allah, but their supplications are not answered'

Q 1: It is related on the authority of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Three people invoke Allah, but their supplications are not answered and a man who lent another person some money without bringing a witness to it. (Related by Al-Hakim in Al-Mustadrak and it is cited in Sahih Al-Jami`) What is meant by this part of the Hadith?


A: This Hadith must not be ascribed to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and its Matn (text of a Hadith) is rejected according to Al-Hafizh Al-Dhahaby (may Allah be merciful to him).May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
